Do I have to be there?
Most people like to be involved in the decisions, at least early on. If you'd rather hand us the house for the day, we'll check in by text on anything that needs your call.
What happens to what we get rid of?
Nothing leaves without your permission. Donations go to your favorite charity and we bring back the receipt; recycling and trash are handled too.
